CHUDO Festival Ticket Refund Policy
1. General Terms
- This document outlines the terms and procedures for refunds of tickets purchased for CHUDO Festival.
- Tickets are sold via www.chudo.rs.
- Festival tickets are delivered electronically via email upon completion of the order payment.
- By purchasing a ticket, you agree to this policy.
- If you do not receive your ticket by email, you can contact support@chudo.rs and include your order ID, full name, and proof of payment.
2. Right of Withdrawal (For Online Purchases)
- Under Serbian Consumer Protection Law, consumers may withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of purchase without reason.
- This right expires 14 days before the festival starts.
3. Refund for Festival Cancellation
- If the festival is canceled entirely, buyers will receive a full refund within 30 days of the cancellation announcement.
- Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
4. Refund for Date or Venue Changes
- If the festival is rescheduled or relocated, buyers may:
- Request a full refund (if the new date/location is unsuitable) or
- Keep the ticket for the new date.
- Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the change announcement.
5. Refund for Individual Tickets
- Refunds are possible only if requested at least 30 days before the event.
- After this deadline, refunds are not permitted, except in legally recognized cases (e.g., serious illness, death in the family).
- An administrative fee of up to 10% may apply.
6. Refund Request Procedure
- Send requests to: support@chudo.rs with:
- Order/transaction number.
- Personal details (name, surname, ID number).
- Reason for refund (if applicable).
- Refunds will be processed within 14 days of request receipt.
7. Force Majeure (Exceptional Circumstances)
- In cases of force majeure (e.g., pandemics, war, natural disasters), the organizer may:
- Postpone the festival.
- Offer vouchers instead of cash refunds.
- Host the event online (with partial refunds for price differences).
8. Data Protection
- All customer data is protected under privacy laws.
- Payment card data is not stored on our system.

Note: This policy may be updated, and any changes will be published on the festival’s official website.
Note: In the case of returning goods and refunding a customer who previously paid with one of the payment cards, either partially or in full, and regardless of the reason for the return, CHUDO FESTIVAL doo Niš is obligated to issue the refund exclusively through the VISA, EC/MC, Maestro, Amex, and Dina payment methods. This means that the bank will, at the seller’s request, process the refund to the cardholder’s account.
