Terms of use

1. Delivery of Goods
Ticket sales are conducted through the website www.chudo.rs. Tickets for the festival are delivered electronically via email upon the completion of the payment process.

2. Currency Conversion
All payments will be made in the local currency of the Republic of Serbia – Serbian dinar (RSD). For informational purposes, prices displayed in other currencies are based on the official middle exchange rate of the National Bank of Serbia. The amount charged to your payment card will be expressed in your local currency through a conversion according to the exchange rate used by your card provider, which is not known to us at the time of the transaction. As a result of this conversion, there may be a slight difference from the original price stated on our website.

3. Complaints
The customer may submit a complaint to the Seller in order to exercise their consumer rights related to product conformity, incorrectly calculated prices, or other defects.

The legal deadline for responding to a complaint is 8 days, and for resolving a complaint is 15 days. Complaints can only be accepted with the delivery of a receipt or other proof of purchase.

4. Protection of Confidential Transaction Data
When entering credit card information, confidential data is transmitted via public networks in a secure (encrypted) form using SSL protocol and PKI system, currently the most advanced cryptographic technology.
The security of data during purchase is guaranteed by the payment card processor, Banca Intesa ad Beograd, and the entire payment process is carried out on the bank’s website. At no point are credit card details available to our system.

5. Refund Policy

In case of returns and refunds to a customer who has previously paid by any type of payment card, either partially or in full, regardless of the reason for return, Chudo Festival d.o.o. is obligated to perform the refund exclusively through VISA, EC/MC, Maestro, Amex, and Dina payment methods. This means that the bank will process the refund to the cardholder’s account upon the seller’s request.
